150 Douglas County Jurors Affected by Mailing Error

150 prospective jurors for the Douglas County District Court were not summoned for the service period June 16 through June 27 due to an error made by the court’s mailing services provider.  These jurors should originally have received jury questionnaires during the last week of May.

Questionnaires are being re-mailed and the affected jurors should be receiving them in the mail early next week.  Jurors should contact Alyssa Gifford, jury coordinator, at 785-832-5253 or via e-mail at agifford@douglas-county.com.  Jurors that had previously been postponed to the June 16 service period should also contact the District Court as soon as possible.
