The Lawrence Farmer's Market is Open for Business

The Lawrence Farmer's Market in the Downtown District is the oldest and largest farmer's market in the state. Located on the east side of Vermont Street between 10th and 11th Streets, this wonderful open-air market is a great place to shop, eat and visit. The market is open May through November on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The market offers everything from fresh fruits and vegetables to baked goods, flowers and herbs. From asparagus to zucchini, the Lawrence Farmer's Market is the place to look for locally grown produce and other local items. <b>When1/2</b> Weather permitting, the market's hours are: - Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm - 6:30pm - Saturday mornings from 6:30am - 10am <b>Where1/2</b> - East side of Vermont Street between 10th and 11th Streets - Call 842-3883 for more information.
