Preliminary Hearing set in Hit-and-Run on Massachusetts Street

The Preliminary Hearing in State v. Jeffrey Carlson, 04CR761, has been continued to 6/22/2004 at 2:00 PM. Jeffrey Carlson was charged on 5/19/2004 with Aggravated Battery, DUI 4th or subsequent, Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident and Failure to Report an Accident. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
