Preliminary Hearing set in molestation case

The Preliminary Hearing in State v. Louis Marshall Jr., 04CR730, has been continued to 7/23/2004 at 2:00 PM. Louis Marshall Jr. was charged on 5/19/2004 with Aggravated Criminal Sodomy and three counts of Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child.. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
