Jury Trial set in fatal collision

The Jury Trial in State v. Yan McHenry, 04CR582, has been set for 8/25/2004 at 9:00 AM. Yan McHenry was charged on 4/15/2004 with several charges including involuntary manslaughter, arising from a motor vechicle collision that resulting in the death of Baker University football player Shawn Traeger and injuries to three other people. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
