Lafayette Cosby Jury Trial Continued

The Jury Trial in State v. Lafayette Cosby, 04CR514, has been continued at the request of defense counsel, to 9/27/04 at 9:00 AM. Lafayette Cosby was charged on 4/5/04 with Murder in the First Degree. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
