Murder charges filed

The Preliminary Hearing in State v. Martin K. Miller, 04CR1246, will be scheduled at a hearing on 8/19/2004 at 2:00 p.m. Martin K. Miller was charged on 8/2/2004 with Murder in First Degree (Non Drug/Off Grid/Person/Felony). The defendant remains in custody in lieu of $150,000 cash or surety bond. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
