Hearing Set In Heaggans Case

A Trial Setting hearing has been scheduled in State v. Gregory W. Heaggans, 04CR1542, for November 9, 2004 at 1:30 PM. Gregory W. Heaggans is charged with Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
