Charges Filed In Ross-Murray Death

Charges arising from death of Carmin Ross-Murray have been filed against Thomas E. Murray, DOB 06/27/1956. Thomas E. Murray has been charged with Murder in the First Degree in case number 04CR1543. Bond is set at $1,000,000.00. A First Appearance has been scheduled for 3:00 PM on 10/04/2004. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
