Preliminary Hearing Set In Murray Case

The Preliminary Hearing in State v. Thomas E. Murray, 04CR1543, has been set for 12/6/2004 at 9:00 AM. On 10/8/2004 Bond was modified in 04CR1543. Bond is set at $750,000.00. Thomas E. Murray is charged with Murder in the First Degree. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
