County Commission to Meet Tonight Concerning K-10 Bypass Interlocal Agreement

The Douglas County Commissioners will be considering approval of Interlocal Agreement with Kansas Department of Transportation, and Baker University with regard to South Lawrence Trafficway. Agreement includes provision for vacation of a portion of 31st Street by County contingent upon construction of trafficway on a 32nd Street alignment.
