Formal Charges Filed in Traffic Fatality

Formal charges have been filed against Ashleigh N. Juola, 17, for the death of Heather Coulter September 18, 2002. Ashleigh is charged in 02JV307 with Involuntary Manslaughter While Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs as a juvenile, and in 02CR1711 Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol as an adult. Formal charges are merely an accusation and the Respondent is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. Ashleigh has been released on Conditions of Release with House Arrest, to be supervised by Douglas County Youth Services.
