Preliminary Hearing In State v. Michael Carpenter Continued

The Preliminary Hearing in State v. Michael D. Carpenter, 02CR1475, has been continued to 1/27/03 at 9:00 AM. Michael D. Carpenter is charged with Attempted Rape, Three Counts Distribution of Diazepam, Three Counts Aggravated Battery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Formal charges are merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
