Waiver Hearing in State v. Ashleigh Juola Continued

The Waiver Hearing in State v. Ashleigh Juola, 02JV307, has been continued to 1/27/03 at 10:00 AM. Ashleigh Juola was charged on 10/3/02 with Involuntary Manslaughter While Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. Formal charges are merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
