The Government of Douglas County, Kansas is accepting informal, competitive proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnership and corporations for the purpose of purchasing and installing a solar thermal system at the Douglas County Jail and/or the juvenile intake building at the Youth Services Department of Douglas County.
