Rape Charges Filed

Charges were filed today against William N. Haney, 03CR 0889; Michael J. Rayton, 03CR0890; and Brian Ussery, 03CR0892. All three individuals are charged with one count of Rape that occurred on 6/14/03. The preliminary hearing setting is scheduled for 6/19/03. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
