Charges Will Not Be Filed Today

Fleming, 46. The DA's Office is seeking additional investigative information and coroner reports. No decision will be made about charges until all evidence and reports have been reviewed. Mr. Fleming was involved in an altercation on Sunday with the suspect and Lawrence Police Department officers were called to the scene. He was found deceased in his home Tuesday afternoon. -30-
