Topeka Man Pleads to Sexual Exploitation of a Child

Wallis, 62; plead guilty as charged to Sexual Exploitation of a Child. The charge was brought against him when law enforcement searched his work computer and found images of child pornography. The Kansas Sentencing Guideline shows Mr. Wallis faces a sentence of 31-136 months in the custody of the Kansas Department of Corrections and the Judge may give him probation with an underlying sentence. His actual sentence will depend on his prior criminal history. Mr. Wallis will be sentenced on November 23 at 3:30 p.m. -30-
