Jury Trial in State v. Damien Lewis Scheduled

The Jury Trial in State v. Damien C. Lewis, 02CR1256 and 02CR1268, has been scheduled for 10/27/03 at 9:00 AM. A motions hearing is set for 3/14/03 at 9:00 AM. Damien C. Lewis was charged on 7/18/02 with Capital Murder, First Degree Murder, and several other crimes. Formal charges are merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
