Sentencing In State v. Ashleigh Juloa Set

The Sentencing in State v. Ashleigh Juola, has been set for Tuesday, 2/25/03 at 2:30 p.m. in Division 2. On Monday 2/10/03 a Motion to Authorize Prosecution as an Adult was set for hearing. Ashleigh Juola stipulated to the Motion and agreed to be prosecuted as an adult. She also entered no contest pleas in the following cases: 02CR 1711 Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, a Class B, Nonperson, Misdemeanor; 03CR184 Involuntary Manslaughter, a Level 5, Person, Felony; and 03CR185 Traffic in Contraband in a Correctional Institution, a Level 6, NonPerson, Felony.
