Sentencing of Ashleigh Juola

The Sentencing in State v. Ashliegh Juola, 02CR1711, 03CR184, 03CR185, was held on 2/25/03. In 02CR1711, the DUI case, Ashliegh Juola was sentenced to 6 months in jail. Ashleigh was assigned to probation for 6 months. In 03CR184, the Involuntary Manslaughter case, Ashleigh Juola was sentenced to 32 months in prison. Ashleigh Juola was assigned to Community Corrections for 36 months. A condition of her probation is that she attend and successfully complete Labette County Conservation Camp, which is a six-month program. In 03CR185, the Trafficking in Contraband case, Ashleigh Juola was sentenced to 18 months in prison. Ashleigh Juola was assigned to Community Corrections for 24 months.
