Aggravated Battery Charges Have Been Filed

Charges have been filed in juvenile court regarding Lawrence Police Department case number 02-03-4522. Marcus Spates is charged in case number 03JV175; Damian Dillon is charged in case number 03JV176; Chris Fannin is charged in case number 03JV177; and Bradley Jamierson is charged in case number 03JV178. All respondents are charged with one count of Aggravated Battery stemming from this incident that occurred on 5/21/03. Charges were filed on 6/3/03. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The respondents are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
