Charges Filed in August 26, 2003 Traffic Fatality

Formal charges have been filed against Nam Ouk Cho for the death of Judith K. Vellucci on August 26, 2003. Nam Ouk Cho is charged in 03CR1218 with Murder in the Second Degree. Bond is set at $150,000.00. A Preliminary Hearing is scheduled for September 2, 2003 at 2:00 PM. Formal Charges are merely an accusation. Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
