Court Media Rule Revised

The Douglas County District Court has revised its local court rule regarding audio, video and photographic recordings of court proceedings. Individuals must get permission to make such recordings by contacting the administrative assistant of the judge presiding over the proceeding of interest at least seven days before the hearing.
