Plea In State v. Guthrie (03RC0855)

On November 21, 2003, David E. Guthrie entered pleas of No Contest to all counts in case no. 03CR0855. The defendant was charged with Rape, Level 1 person felony; Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child, Level 3 person felony (3 counts); and Sexual Exploitation of a Child (3 counts). Sentencing is scheduled for January 9, 2004 at 11 a.m. The defendant's bond was revoked and he was remanded to the custody of the Douglas County Sheriff.
