Plea in State of Kansas vs. James A. Keezer, 03CR0381

On December 11, 2003, James A. Keezer entered pleas of Guilty to all counts in Douglas County District Court case no. 03CR0381. Keezer was charged with Attempted Murder in the First Degree, level 1 person felony; Aggravated Robbery, level 1 person felony; Aggravated Kidnapping, level 1 person felony; and Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery, level 5 person felony. Sentencing is scheduled for January 16, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. The defendant remains in the custody of the Douglas County Sheriff.
