Draft of Chapter 13-Construction Codes

A draft version of the proposed adoption of the ICC Codes is available for viewing (please click on the link below). There is an informational meeting scheduled for Monday, August 20, 2012 starting at 6:00 pm in the County Commissioner's Meeting room to discuss the proposed recomendations for amendments. The public is invited to attend. Please go to "Informational Meeting" link below for more information on the meeting. On August 29, 2012, the Zoning & Codes staff will make a presentation to the Douglas County Comissioners on the new building codes and the adoption process. After several years of study and review of the new building codes, staff is working toward achieving adoption of new building codes int the fall of 2012.
