Storm Closes Douglas County District Court on Friday (7th Judicial District)

The Douglas County District Court will be closed Friday, February 22, 2013, due to this week's winter storm and its continuing effects on transportation. Acting Chief Judge Peggy Carr Kittel announced her decision Thursday evening to close the court as a safety measure. Anyone who had a hearing scheduled for Thursday, February 21 or Friday, February 22 should contact his or her attorney or our offices as soon as possible to reschedule. As always, a judge is available as needed for emergencies.
