Douglas County District Court to Close Tuesday (Kansas 7th Judicial District)

The Douglas County District Court will be closed Tuesday, February 26, 2013, due to a winter storm in the area, Chief Judge Robert Fairchild announced Monday late afternoon. Anyone who had a hearing scheduled for Tuesday, February 26, should contact his or her attorney or Court offices as soon as possible to reschedule. Barring further weather difficulties, the Court will be open on Wednesday as usual. As always, a judge is available as needed for emergencies.
