Charges Filed in U.S. 56 Traffic Fatality

Charges arising from an April 13th 2004 Fatality Collision on U.S. 59 have been filed against Yan R. McHenry, DOB 04/30/1957. McHenry has been charged with Involuntary Manslaughter, three counts of Aggravated Battery and Diving While Intoxicated in case number 04CR0582. Bond is set at $150,000.00. A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for 04/20/2004. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
