Preliminary Hearing set in U.S. 56 Traffic Fatality

The Preliminary Hearing in State v. Yan McHenry, 04CR582, has been continued to 5/13/2004 at 9:00. Yan McHenry was charged on 4/14/2004 with Involuntary Manslaughter, three counts of Aggravated Battery and Driving While Intoxicated. Formal charges are merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
