Update for Gonzales McLinn Homicide Case

A detention hearing was held today in federal court for Sarah B. Gonzalez McLinn.  She was placed on a personal recognizance bond on the federal charges and then taken into custody by Florida state authorities.  Once she is processed into state custody, she will appear before a Florida state court judge.  At this time, we do not have information when that hearing will take place.

We will issue an updated release on January 30, 2014 at approximately 3:00 p.m. CST.
