January 30th Update for Gonzales McLinn Homicide Case

Sarah B. Gonzales McLinn appeared in Florida state court this morning and waived extradition to the state of Kansas.  Once appropriate arrangements are made with law enforcement, she will be transported back to the State of Kansas and booked into the Douglas County Jail. 

No additional information will be released until such time as Ms. Gonzales McLinn has a first appearance before the Douglas County Pro Tem Judge.  Our office will provide an update when the court appearance is set.

Any charges are merely accusations and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
