Jury Selection Scheduled for Monday, March 4th and Tuesday, March 5th

The jury service period for all 3/4 - 3/15 Jurors has now begun. Jurors in Groups 1, 4, 5 & 6 need to report on Monday, March 4th by 8:00 am to the County Commission Chambers located on the Second Floor of the Old Douglas County Courthouse located in Lawrence at the corner of 11th and Massachusetts Street. Jurors in Groups 2, 7, 8, & 10 need to report on Tuesday, March 5th by 8:00 am to the County Commission Chambers located on the Second Floor of the Old Douglas County Courthouse located in Lawrence at the corner of 11th and Massachusetts Street. The Judge is requiring all jurors to wear a mask. If you do not have one, one will be provided to you when you check in. Jurors in these groups who fail to show up at their scheduled times may be held in contempt of court. Thank you.
